R²PL

Date: 2024-07-30

Product Introduction】

R²PL, with an innovative Fractional Pulsed Light (FPL) technology, utilizes selective photothermolysis to achieve anti-aging treatment for facial rejuvenation. This innovative IPL device integrates three patented technologies: CLT Cell Light technology, RPL Rotating Pulse Wave technology, and 415NM continuous pulse technology. Possessing certifications from the US FDA, South Korea's KFDA, China's NMPA, and the European Union's CE, it is a skin beautifying and anti-aging technology that provides comprehensive facial rejuvenation management targeting facial acne, pigmentation, blood vessels, and skin texture.

Technical Principles】

Utilizing selective photothermolysis, a broad spectrum of light waves is employed to cover various target chromophores, such as melanin, oxygenated hemoglobin, water, and other multiple absorption peaks. By selecting appropriate illumination parameters (wavelength, pulse duration, energy) and based on the biological characteristics of different tissues, effective treatment of the diseased area can be ensured while minimizing damage to the surrounding normal tissues.

415-950nm  Principle of treating acne

It can effectively kill Propionibacterium, the bacteria that cause acne, without affecting the surrounding normal skin tissue. This relieves local inflammation and redness, thereby effectively treating acne.

① The metabolic product of Propionibacterium acnes, porphyrin, can absorb IPL light of specific wavelengths. 415nm is the peak absorption wavelength of porphyrin, which enables superior selectivity, targeting, and photodynamic reactions. This stimulates the production of singlet oxygen, resulting in the inactivation and death of Propionibacterium acnes.

② When oxygenated hemoglobin is exposed to IPL, it leads to vascular occlusion, hemoglobin coagulation, and capillary occlusion. This treats the skin congestion erythema that appears after acne inflammation has subsided.

③ Utilizing the selective photothermal action of IPL, melanocytes are selectively absorbed and destroyed by the intense pulsed light. The destroyed melanocytes are then phagocytosed by tissue cells and lymphocytes and metabolized through the lymphatic system, treating the pigmentation left behind after acne inflammation.

④ The photothermal effect of IPL can also induce collagen denaturation and reorganization, enhancing skin elasticity, refining pores, and improving sebaceous gland secretion, thus reducing the occurrence of acne.

560-950nm  Principle of treating pigmentation

Utilizing the selective photothermal action of IPL, intense pulsed light is directed at melanin target tissues, selectively absorbing and destroying melanocytes. After sufficient energy absorption, superficial melanocytes will form scabs and eventually exfoliate, while deeper melanocytes are phagocytosed by tissue cells and lymphocytes, and metabolized through the lymphatic system.

590-950nm  Principle of treating red blood vessels (Telangiectasia)

The oxyhemoglobin in red blood vessels is condensed when exposed to IPL, resulting in the occlusion of visible capillaries on the skin surface. The photothermal effect of IPL can also cause collagen to undergo denaturation and reorganization, repairing damaged layers of the stratum corneum, thus achieving the purpose of treating red blood vessels (telangiectasia).

640-1200nm  Principle of wrinkle reduction and skin tightening

IPL irradiation to the dermis of the skin produces a photochemical effect that can alter the internal molecular structure of the dermal collagen and elastin fibers, restoring the skin's original elasticity. The photothermal effect it generates can enhance vascular function and improve facial microcirculation, ultimately achieving the therapeutic effects of eliminating wrinkles, minimizing pores, improving uneven, dull, and yellow skin tone.

695-1200nm  Principle of hair removal

IPL is able to penetrate the epidermis and be absorbed by the hair follicles in the dermis. Based on the principle of selective photothermolysis, IPL destroys the hair matrix cells within the hair follicles, achieving permanent hair removal. At the same time, it triggers chemical changes in the molecular structure of collagen and elastin fibers in the dermis, and promotes collagen regeneration and rearrangement of the skin.

Clinical Advantages】

① CLT Dot Matrix Light Spot Irradiation Enhances Clinical Treatment Safety

Cell Light Technology (CLT), a patented technology, optimizes the output of intense light sources in a dot matrix pattern, expanding the heat dissipation area of the target tissue by 4.5 times and increasing the overall thermal diffusion efficiency by 2-3 times. The thermal relaxation time is greatly shortened, reducing postoperative pigmentation and other adverse reactions by 30%, effectively enhancing the safety of clinical treatment.

② RPL Rotating Pulse Light Technology Switches Wavelengths in 1s to Improve Treatment Efficiency

Rotational Pulse Light (RPL), a patented rotating pulse technology, switches wavelengths in 1s, eliminating the traditional mode of changing tools and filters. This allows for simple, fast, and easy combined application of multiple wavelengths, completely freeing doctors' hands and greatly enhancing treatment efficiency.

③ 415NM Continuous Pulse for Efficient and Pain-free Acne Treatment

Using the precise wavelength of 415NM at the peak absorption of porphyrin, it provides superior selectivity, targeting, and photodynamic response to Propionibacterium acnes. With a 10HZ continuous pulse mode output, it truly achieves pain-free acne treatment.

④ Sapphire Continuous Contact Cooling System

The infinitely adjustable cooling system covers the industry's gold standard for IPL cooling. With arbitrary cooling parameters, it ensures protection and support for clinical treatment.

⑤ Intelligent Parameter Settings

The operating interface allows for automatic and personalized adjustment of treatment parameters, suitable for both beginners and experienced physicians.

⑥ Intelligent Database Storage

Intelligently stores 50,000 case records, allowing easy access and retrieval of treatment parameters. The dual input mode (touchscreen + keyboard and mouse) ensures the convenience of data storage.
